Shipping

We always arrange the delivery of goods to you individually by our contracted carriers. Withing Czech Republic, we currently work with DPD.

Transportation of goods internationally is always arranged individually with our contracted carriers (DPD, PPL, UPS) or by pallet transport.

We prepare each shipment in our warehouse so that it is packed well and carefully so that the goods are not damaged on the way. At the same time, we pack the delivery with delivery costs in mind.

For shipments that are larger in volume, we arrange pallet transport or individual transport by our transport trucks.

The customer can also choose to pick up the ordered goods by themselves, after prior agreement, at our central warehouse on the previously agreed date or arrange his/her own transport services.

Payment options

Payment for new customers is handled by cash on delivery or in the form of an advance invoice.

For existing customers and subsequently for new customers, payment for goods can be arranged by invoice with a 14-day due date.

Alternatively, we can arrange individual payment options.
